Sika MonoTop-612 is a one-component polymer-modified cementitious structural repair mortar designed for the repair and reinstatement of concrete structures to their original load-bearing capacity.

Classified as a Class R4 structural repair material to BS EN 1504-3, MonoTop-612 provides high compressive strength (>45 MPa at 28 days), excellent bond to concrete and low shrinkage.

Suitable for hand application in thicknesses of 5–50mm per layer, or spray application for large-area repairs. Widely used for concrete repair on power infrastructure, bridges, industrial floors and building structures across Pakistan.
